Zettabyte Return & Cancellation Policy

1. On-Demand Instances

· Charges apply by the hour (or fraction thereof).

· Once usage is billed, no refunds will be provided.

2. Reserved Instances (Fully Prepaid)

· Payment is collected in advance for the full reserved term (e.g., 3 months, 6 months).

· Once payment is made, no cancellations or refunds are available.

· Access to GPU resources continues until the end of the reserved term.

3. Compliance With Law

· In the event of a material service failure not attributable to you, Zettabyte will provide service credits to your account as the standard remedy.

· Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan (中華民國消費者保護法) or other applicable laws.
