No fixed hours, no mandatory meetings. The program is built around what you deliver, not the time you put in.

How It Works

4. Get paid for your substantive work.

How You Get Paid

Every task has a set fee, agreed up front and scaled to its scope, up to NT$8,000. Once your work is accepted, you are paid the next Friday.

Exceptional performance can lead to a full-time role.

Working Here

Work when and where you want. No exclusivity, keep your studies, job, or other projects. Our office is in Neihu, next to Costco, open any time, with free all-you-can-eat coffee, drinks, and snacks. A Silicon Valley style startup vibe, working alongside seasoned professionals and other Fellows. Coming in is optional.
