Strategy Sourcing

What You’ll Do

• Strategic sourcing and vendor management: establish sourcing strategy for AI Server, GPU, Networking, Power, Cooling, Rack, Containerized Datacenter, and related infrastructure hardware. Develop, evaluate, and manage OEM/ODM/white-label/branded suppliers. Execute RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, price analysis, cost comparison, and commercial negotiation. Build long-term supplier partnerships and global strategic-partner relationships.
• Technical procurement coordination: work with the engineering team to confirm BOM, specifications, and system requirements. Help suppliers provide spec sheets, datasheets, technical and certification documents, test data, and lead times. Evaluate Build vs Buy, OEM/ODM adoption, white-label sourcing, and direct brand procurement. Assist with the hardware platform and supplier selection process.
• Procurement and supply chain management: manage quotations, delivery times, payment terms, logistics, and procurement execution. Control supply risk and alternative sourcing planning. Optimize cost, delivery time, supply stability, and scalability. Coordinate procurement and supply-chain matters with internal and external teams.
• Process and system building: build a scalable procurement workflow and supplier management system, including a procurement database, supplier data, and document management. Help establish the future procurement team and sourcing process and support long-term AI infrastructure deployment and supply chain expansion.

You’ll Thrive Here if You

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or vendor management.
• Familiar with Server, IT Infrastructure, Electronics, Networking, or Datacenter Hardware.
• Supplier negotiation and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
• Good organizational skills and execution ability.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in both Chinese and English, able to collaborate with international suppliers and cross-national teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiar with AI Server, GPU, Datacenter, or HPC industries.
• OEM/ODM and Asian supply chain experience.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Computer Engineering, etc.) preferred.
• Able to understand hardware specifications, system architecture, and technical documents.
• Datacenter, Power System, Cooling, or Networking experience preferred.
