What You’ll Do
- Work with customers to design technical solutions using our platform
- Translate customer requirements into system architectures and workflows
- Support sales cycles with technical presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on solution feasibility
- Design reference architectures and deployment models
- Support proof-of-concepts and pilot deployments
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams

- Have 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting
- Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, or AI systems
- Are able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Have a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable working across sales, product, and engineering teams
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with GPU infrastructure or AI workloads
- Background in data centers or high-performance computing
- Pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience
- Scripting or automation experience
