What You’ll Do

- Develop novel approaches to improving performance, efficiency, and utilization

- Analyze large-scale system behavior and performance data
- Publish internal research findings and contribute to external publications where appropriate
- Stay current with academic and industry research trends
- Influence long-term technical direction and the research roadmap

- Have a PhD or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Possess a strong background in systems, distributed computing, or ML systems
- Have experience designing rigorous experiments and evaluations
- Are comfortable working with ambiguity and open-ended problems
- Demonstrate strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas

- Publications in systems, ML systems, or performance-related research
