What You’ll Do
- Helpdesk and end-user support: resolve day-to-day issues across macOS and Windows devices, including email, accounts, VPN, printers, and peripherals. Provide fast, friendly, and reliable support.
- Device provisioning and lifecycle: set up new hires with devices, accounts, and access. Maintain an accurate asset inventory. Execute offboarding deprovisioning with security discipline.
- Identity and access management: manage user accounts and permissions across Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, and core SaaS tools. Apply least-privilege principles and maintain access logs as needed.
- Network operations: maintain office network reliability (Wi-Fi performance, router and switch configuration, basic firewall settings). Coordinate with vendors for ISP, cabling, and advanced network changes.
- Conference rooms and AV: set up and maintain meeting rooms, including microphones, speakers, cameras, TVs, LED displays, and screen sharing systems. Troubleshoot quickly during live meetings.
- AV and display installation: install and configure TVs and LED displays, including mounting, cabling, power management, and input switching. Ensure safe installation and clean cable management.
- Security baseline: implement endpoint protection, patching, encryption, and backup practices. Maintain simple SOPs for phishing response, device loss, and access control.
- IT documentation and SOPs: create clear internal guides for onboarding, standard setups, common troubleshooting, and request escalation. Build a lightweight ticketing workflow if not already present.
- Vendor and procurement management: manage IT purchases (laptops, monitors, accessories), negotiate with local vendors, and ensure cost-effective standardization.
- Reliability and monitoring: proactively monitor network and key office systems. Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause fixes.
- Support events and visitors: ensure technology readiness for customer visits, demos, and internal events. Provide on-site support before and during key sessions.
- Continuous improvement: propose upgrades that improve reliability, security, and employee experience without unnecessary complexity.

- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows, common SaaS tools, and office networking.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, including account provisioning and access management.
- Practical understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS basics, VLAN concepts, firewall basics).
- Experience with AV systems: conference room setup, cameras, microphones, screen sharing, and display troubleshooting.
- Ability to install and configure TVs and LED displays, including safe mounting and cabling best practices.
- Service mindset with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong documentation habits and ability to build simple SOPs that others can follow.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting hybrid teams and remote access setups (VPN, Zero Trust tools).
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up troubleshooting research, documentation drafting, and inventory analytics (without exposing sensitive data).
- Experience supporting small server rooms, network racks, or light systems administration responsibilities.
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices and incident response workflows.
