Financial Analyst

A Financial Analyst with strong Excel and financial modeling skills who partners with the CFO on models for business, fundraising, and investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build dynamic, assumption-driven financial models (3-statement P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Design scalable monthly/quarterly projections with scenario toggles (base/bull/bear).
  • Develop sensitivity analyses, KPI dashboards, and audit checks for accuracy.
  • Construct detailed pricing models for GPU-as-a-Service, software licensing, and Neo-Cloud deployments.
  • Analyze competitive pricing, unit economics, and margin sensitivity.
  • Support commercial teams with customer ROI and payback models.
  • Model IRR, MOIC, and DCF analyses for internal investments and external fundraising.
  • Prepare equity return waterfalls, cap table analysis, and dilution modeling.
  • Support 409A valuations, investor term sheet reviews, and scenario planning.
  • Translate financial outputs into clear, investor-ready presentations.
  • Work directly with the CFO and leadership to support fundraising, board materials, and investor discussions.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to integrate business drivers into models.

You’ll Thrive Here if You

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (dynamic formulas, scenario modeling, VBA/macros a plus).
  • Strong grasp of corporate finance concepts (IRR, DCF, equity waterfalls, depreciation schedules, etc.).
  • Ability to design clean, auditable models from scratch.
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset; thrives in an unstructured, fast-growth environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail; relentless about accuracy and logic.
  • Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex models into clear insights.
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred but not required.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Exposure to technology, data center, semiconductor, or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fundraising support and working with institutional investors.
  • VBA/macros proficiency within Excel.
