What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and integration of AI data center architectures
- Define end-to-end AIDC technical standards and design frameworks
- Coordinate across power, cooling, networking, and compute systems
- Work with partners, vendors, and customers on complex deployments
- Oversee system integration from design through commissioning
- Support pre-sales technical design and feasibility assessments
- Build scalable reference designs and best practices
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across projects

- 10+ years of experience in data center or infrastructure design
- Deep understanding of AI workloads and GPU-dense environments
- Experience with power, cooling, and high-density integration
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable owning complex, high-impact technical decisions
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with liquid cooling or advanced thermal systems
- Background in hyperscale or AI-focused data centers
- Vendor and OEM integration experience
- Experience supporting large-scale deployments
