What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end
- Support employer branding and recruiting strategy
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes

- Possess strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Are able to assess both skills and cultural fit
- Are organized, responsive, and candidate-focused
- Are comfortable recruiting for technical and senior roles

- Experience recruiting for AI, software, or infrastructure roles
- Startup or venture-backed environment experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
- Experience building hiring processes from scratch
